Empty House

Post, plants, pets, key holding, house sitting, waiting in for deliveries/tradespeople

Help might be needed if you are out for the day, at work or on a social trip or it could be that you are away longer eg weekend, two week holiday.

I could come to your house and be there for an important delivery when you have to work.  Or maybe you will be home late one evening and need someone to feed and walk the dog?  Away for a week and need the cat fed, the post picked up, the plants watered and the heating and pipes monitored in cold weather?

Do you need me to house sit for a while?  I could do all the above and give you peace of mind while away.

You might own another property that is let out but for some reason it is empty.  Between lets? Up for sale but not sold yet?  Do you need someone to check it from time to time?  Or give it a clean?  Or meet that family that are renting it for the week to welcome them, ensure they know where everything is and give them the keys?
